At Kapé Lélangan, we aim to provide quality drinks, food, and products every time you visit. Due to the nature of our business, most items sold are consumable and prepared fresh.
Because of this, we generally do not accept returns once an item has been served, received, or picked up.
Food and Beverage Items
All coffee, matcha, refreshers, meals, and snacks are non-returnable and non-refundable once released to the customer.
However, we will gladly replace an item if:

Concerns must be raised immediately upon receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Retail Products (If Applicable)
For non-consumable retail items such as packaged coffee beans or merchandise:

Original packaging must be intact

Request must be made within 7 days of purchase

All discounted or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged due to our error. Requests must be made on the same day of purchase.
